Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Please review our return guidelines below:

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
    • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.
    • Some products may be non-returnable (e.g., custom-made, perishable, or final sale items).
  2. Return Shipping:
    • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
    • Please include ATTN: Sanco Returns on shipping label.
    • Include a copy of the original order in the box.

Shipping

We ship both FedEx and UPS ground and offer free shipping on orders over $25. Some limitations apply to free shipping on orders that are too large for standard ground shipping. These orders may be subject to additional freight charges.  A representative will reach out if your order is too large to ship via standard methods.
