News Worthy Customer Service

There is something about calling a company and being able to get a live person on the other line.  We take pride in offering a live person to our customers when they dial our number.

This past week we have had two customers very pleased with the fact that they were able to speak with someone on their first attempt to call.  One customer was so surprised that she admitted she didn't really have the information we needed from her to get her taken care of right then because she didn't think she would be able to talk to anyone.  The other customer was so pleased they went to the effort to send a very nice thank you!

"I want to Thank You so much for helping me with my order and answering my question about the product I am ordering.  It is so refreshing to find someone who takes the time to talk to you these days.  I am sure in the near future, I will be ordering other items as the need arrives."   -Billie  OK

Both of these customers called in with pond related questions or issues.  Situations like these prove Sanco is the leader in our industry.  We are leaders because we have great products, and because we have a great team to support those products.
