Great Customer Service

Great Customer Service Still Exists...Well at least at Sanco it does.  Even though we are a manufacturer we never want to make end users feel like we are too good or too busy to deal with them.  That is why we have a small team of individuals that help end users who are having difficulty with their pond or have purchased our products and just don't know what to do.  Many companies make these claims, but we have proof to back it up :) We received the following comments on our online contact form the other day.

"I just want to let you know that you are just a sweetheart.  Thank you for taking the time this afternoon to listen to me vent about my pond issues.  I now feel like I have the tools and knowledge I need to get this pond back into shape.   The customer service and advice you offered to me was above and beyond and practically unheard of now days.  Thank you a million times over.  Because of you I am already a fan of the Crystal Blue line of pond products.  I will email before & after pictures of the pond soon.  God Bless."  -Carol B.
