Rust Converter

This time of year we receive an increased number of calls regarding our product Rust Kutter.  With wet winter weather on its way and salty roads threatening the integrity of your equipment increased calls about our rust converter product is common.  However, many of the phone calls we have been receiving are asking about using the Rust Kutter on a variety of different materials.

Sanco’s Rust Kutter is not a rust remover it is a rust converter.  Rust Kutter is meant to be used on existing rust.  The chemical reaction that occurs when using Rust Kutter will only occur on the areas that had rusted metal.  If you use the Rust Kutter on areas that do not have rust the chemical will simply remain tacky and no chemical reaction will occur.  Once the areas with rust that you applied Rust Kutter are dry you will want to rinse the area and allow drying before you paint.

Rust Kutter is not a rust remover for cement, bath tubs, or any other surface that has a rust stain.
