Clear Up Your Pond Water with a Good Pond Dye

23 Jun 2013
Normal pond water can be muddy, filled with free floating particles, and many other things that can add up to the creation of murky, non-eye pleasing water. Once you’ve determined what’s causing some of the bigger issues with your pond’s water (i.e. algae blooms, exorbitant amount of sludge, nutrient and fertilizer runoff), you can then address the beautification of the water itself.

The best way to clear up your water is by adding a pond dye to it. Pond dye will help to settle free floating particles to the bottom of the pond. It also will obviously turn the water the color that you choose, providing for a wonderful royal blue color, aquamarine color, or creating a glassy, mirrored surface that will reflect the surrounding landscape. A good quality pond dye will help to enhance the look and enjoyment that you’ll get out of your pond all year long.
