Sanco Industries has blending and packaging capabilities for liquids of all sizes, from four ounce bottles up to 275 gallon totes. Standard packaging sizes for our private label products are pints (16oz), quarts (32oz), half gallons (64oz), 4/1-gallon, 5-gallon Jerry cans, 15-gallon drums, 55-gallon drums as well as 250 - 275 gallon non-returnable totes. We will provide you with a finished good, filled, labeled, capped, boxed, and palletized to your specifications.
Sanco will source and price out your finished product, bottle to the box. We have over 25 years of experience in packaging and filling of liquids. We have hundreds of vendors that specialize in caps, bottles, labels, sprayers, totes and boxes. Every part and piece your product needs to be market ready, we handle. You come to us with the liquid and we make it happen. We have standard low-shear mixers as well as high-shear dispersion capability, with batch sizes from 50 gallons up to a truckload. DI or softened water is used in all batches for our private label clients, per your specification. For convenience, Sanco Industries can blend and package one of your formulas or private-label one of our formulas, and drop-ship to you or directly to your customer on your bill of lading, all in strict confidentiality.
Prior to discussing specifics of any private labeling, manufacturing, bottling or toll blending project, a mutual non-disclosure confidentiality agreement will be signed by both parties. This will protect any type of confidential and proprietary information.
