Rust Kutter is a rust converter product that is as easy to use as applying and revamping metal tools rendered useless by rust. Rust Kutter can safely be used on farm equipment, garden tools, cars ,trucks ,or livestock equipment.  It works by binding itself to metal and preventing moisture and oxygen from attacking the metal surface.  To use it just clean rusted area with a wire brush, spray or paint on Rust Kutter, allow product to dry.  Once the product is dry it will be a chalky white or black depending on the metal.  Areas that did not have rust will remain tacky and need rinsed off.
