If the fountain has low to no spray, there may be a blocked screen or nozzle. Disconnect power, throughly clean the screen and nozzle. Also check to see if the o-ring is missing or damaged, and correctly seated in the groove. Make sure the nozzle is installed properly and in the right direction. The nozzle is marked "this side up." Finally, check to see if the water level is at least 5 feet deep. If not, move to a deeper section of the pond. Restart unit. If these solutions do not help, please
